  • List your job openings
Your jobs can now be broadcasted to your company's social networks.
In a few quick and easy steps, you may choose to send one or all of your CareerOne Job Postings to your Facebook and/or Twitter accounts. Your jobs may now be “liked” or “retweeted” by your fans and followers. What's more – hunters will be brought back right to your postings on CareerOne, where they may review your job posting and apply. Setup is easy. Here's how:
  • Log in to the employer website with your credentials;
  • Click on the Set Up Link next to the Facebook and Twitter logos on the Home Page.
  • Within Account Settings, link either or both Facebook and Twitter accounts by inputting your credentials for those sites;
  • Choose to send all or individual jobs to your selected social media sites;
  • Edit the intro text for your jobs as desired;
If you chose to send all jobs, you are done – any new jobs you post will automatically be pushed to your social network. If you chose to send individual jobs, you select the jobs you want to send on the Manage Jobs page. Set up your accounts now and get ready to go social.
Your jobs are now mobile with QR codes.
Create a QR code for one or all of your job postings and drive offline hunters to your jobs on CareerOne. Once created, hunters just need to scan your QR code using their mobile phone barcode scanner or through CareerOne's mobile app, and they will be brought right to your postings on CareerOne. Here is how it works:
  • Select “Mobile Recruiting” under the Jobs navigation menu. You will be brought to a page to create a QR code that links to all of your jobs. For individual jobs, click on the appropriate link to navigate to the “Manage Job Postings” page and select the job you'd like to create a QR code for, then click on “Generate QR” from the Actions menu.
  • Select a template: “Full” or “QR Image Only”. A preview of your selection will be displayed to the right of the page.
  • Provide keywords and/or locations if you wish to further target a set of jobs (e.g., sales jobs in Melbourne). The URL for the QR Code is automatically generated for you.
  • Choose to include your logo; type in text (up to 21 characters) and description (up to 46 characters) you'd like to appear on the flyer. This is optional if you just want to download the QR code.
  • Choose to print or download QR code.
Here are just some of the places where you can use QR codes to drive hunters to your jobs:
  • Storefronts or in-store placements
  • Receipts
  • Business cards
  • Flyers and other print materials
  • Career fair or tradeshow booths
  • Retail packaging
